VisaEvo ("we", "us", "our") provides a self‑service software platform that helps users organise information, generate checklists, calculate financial requirements, and prepare documents for immigration and visa applications. The Service is operated from the United Kingdom.

IMPORTANT: We are not a law firm, not immigration advisers, and not regulated by the Office of the Immigration Services Commissioner (OISC) or any other legal or regulatory authority. We do not hold ourselves out as providing immigration advice within the meaning of the Immigration and Asylum Act 1999.

2. Service Description — What We Do (and Do Not Do)

VisaEvo is an information tool, not a legal service. The platform is designed to help you organise your own visa application materials more efficiently.

We provide:

Financial requirement calculators based on published government rules
Personalised document checklists and organisation tools
Document upload, formatting checks, and PDF bundling features
Cover letter templates and preparation aids
An AI‑powered search assistant that surfaces publicly available gov.uk information
Community timeline data contributed by other users

We do NOT:

Provide immigration advice, legal advice, or any form of professional advice
Assess your eligibility or chances of success
Tell you what answers to give on any form or application
Review, approve, or verify the accuracy of your application
Submit applications on your behalf or interact with any government body for you
Represent you before any immigration authority, tribunal, or court
Guarantee any particular outcome for your application

Any output generated by the Service — including AI‑generated text, checklists, calculations, and templates — is for general informational purposes only and must be independently verified by you before use. You are solely responsible for your application, the answers you provide, the documents you submit, and all decisions you make.

3. No Legal Advice Disclaimer

Nothing on the VisaEvo platform — including text, calculations, checklists, AI assistant responses, community posts, or any other content — constitutes legal advice, immigration advice, or professional advice of any kind. All information is provided for general informational purposes only and may not reflect the most current legal or regulatory developments.

Immigration rules are complex and change frequently. We make reasonable efforts to keep information current but do not warrant that it is complete, accurate, or up to date at all times.

4. User Responsibilities

By using the Service, you agree that:

You will provide accurate and truthful information when using the platform
You are responsible for independently verifying all information, calculations, and outputs before relying on or submitting them
You are responsible for complying with all applicable immigration rules, laws, and regulations
You are solely responsible for the outcome of any visa or immigration application
You will not rely on VisaEvo as a substitute for qualified professional advice
You will not use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
You will not attempt to reverse‑engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service
You will not use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without our written permission
You will not upload malicious content, viruses, or any material that infringes the rights of others

If you contribute content to the community features (timeline posts, comments, or reports), you agree to do so honestly and respectfully. We reserve the right to remove content that is misleading, abusive, or otherwise inappropriate.

5. Accounts

To access certain features you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate registration information and to keep it up to date.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately at support@visaevo.com if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

Accounts are personal and may not be shared with or transferred to another person. We reserve the right to suspend or close accounts that we reasonably believe are being shared or misused.

6. Payments, Pricing, and Refund Policy

VisaEvo offers a free tier with limited features and paid plans that unlock additional tools. Paid plans are currently offered as one‑time payments for lifetime access — there are no recurring subscriptions.

6.1 Pricing

Current plan prices are displayed on our pricing page. All prices are in British Pounds (GBP) and include any applicable VAT. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but price changes will not affect purchases already completed.

6.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers. By making a purchase you agree to Stripe's terms of service in addition to these Terms.

6.3 Refund Policy

Because VisaEvo provides immediate access to digital tools and content upon purchase, all sales are final and non‑refundable except in the following circumstances:

Duplicate or erroneous charges: If you are charged more than once for the same plan, we will refund the duplicate payment promptly.
Calculation accuracy guarantee: Our financial calculator results are based on the published government requirements at the time of calculation. If a calculation is demonstrably incorrect due to a software error, we will refund the fee paid for the plan that includes the calculator tool.
Statutory rights: Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or any other applicable UK consumer protection legislation.

To request a refund, please contact support@visaevo.com with your account email address and details of the issue. We aim to respond to refund requests within 5 business days.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Our Content

All software, source code, algorithms, templates, designs, text, graphics, logos, and other content that form part of the Service ("VisaEvo Content") are owned by VisaEvo or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws of England and Wales and international treaties.

We grant you a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for your personal, non‑commercial visa application purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicence, or create derivative works from any VisaEvo Content without our prior written consent.

7.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of any documents, data, or content you upload to the Service ("Your Content"). By uploading Your Content, you grant us a limited licence to process, store, and display it solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

If you post content to community features (timeline entries, comments), you grant us a non‑exclusive, royalty‑free licence to display that content within the Service. You may delete your community contributions at any time, after which we will remove them within a reasonable period.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

We are not liable for any visa refusal, application delay, rejection, deportation, financial loss, or any other adverse outcome arising from your use of the Service
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunity, or goodwill
We are not liable for errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in any information, calculation, checklist, template, or AI‑generated content provided by the Service
We are not liable for any action you take or fail to take based on information obtained through the Service
Our total aggregate liability for any and all claims arising from or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the total amount you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the laws of England and Wales.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non‑infringement.

Without limiting the foregoing, we do not warrant that:

The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error‑free
The information or results provided will be accurate, complete, or current
The Service will meet your specific requirements or expectations
Any defects in the Service will be corrected within a particular timeframe

Immigration rules and government requirements change frequently. While we endeavour to keep the Service up to date, we cannot guarantee that all information reflects the latest rules at any given moment. You must always verify information against official gov.uk sources before relying on it.

10. Termination

10.1 Termination by You

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time by contacting us at support@visaevo.com. Closing your account does not entitle you to a refund of any fees already paid (see Section 6.3).

10.2 Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, if:

You breach any provision of these Terms
We are required to do so by law or a court order
Your conduct could expose us or other users to legal liability or harm
Your account has been inactive for an extended period (we will notify you first)

10.3 Effects of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Where reasonably practicable, we will give you an opportunity to export Your Content before deletion. We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g. transaction records) in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Sections 3, 7, 8, 9, 11, and 12 of these Terms survive termination.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter (including non‑contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, provided that if you are a consumer resident in another part of the United Kingdom, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.

Before commencing formal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting support@visaevo.com. If the dispute is not resolved within 30 days, either party may then proceed with formal legal action.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you by email or through a prominent notice on the Service.

Your continued use of the Service after any changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you should stop using the Service and close your account.
