How VisaEvo started.
In 2023, I helped my wife apply for her UK spouse visa. What should have been a straightforward process turned into months of stress, confusion, and sleepless nights.
The gov.uk guidance was vague. The application ran to nearly 90 pages. The financial rules were a maze. Every question I had required hours of searching through forums and contradicting advice.
We couldn't afford the £2,000+ solicitor fees, but going fully DIY felt impossibly risky. I kept thinking — there has to be a better way.
So I built one. VisaEvo is what I wish I'd had: a clear view of eligibility, accurate financial calculations, an organised document checklist, and a search tool that cites gov.uk instead of random forum posts.
Our visa was approved. VisaEvo is now available for every couple navigating the same journey — built openly, priced fairly, and grounded in the same guidance the Home Office actually uses.
