This is not immigration advice
VisaEvo is self-service software. We do not provide immigration advice, legal advice, or immigration services as defined by the Immigration and Asylum Act 1999. You are solely responsible for your own application decisions.
1. Nature of the Service
VisaEvo Ltd (“VisaEvo”, “we”, “us”, “our”) provides self-service software tools to help individuals organise and prepare their own UK visa applications.
Our software includes document organisers, checklist generators, financial calculators, and an information search tool. These are productivity and information tools only.
VisaEvo is not a law firm, not immigration advisers, and does not provide immigration advice or immigration services.
2. OISC Compliance
The Office of the Immigration Services Commissioner (OISC) regulates the provision of immigration advice and immigration services in the United Kingdom under the Immigration and Asylum Act 1999.
VisaEvo does not fall within the scope of OISC regulation because we do not provide immigration advice or immigration services. We provide software tools that present publicly available information from gov.uk and help users organise their own documents.
We do not interpret immigration rules, assess eligibility, review applications, or provide any form of case-specific opinion or recommendation.
3. Information Sources
All immigration-related information presented in VisaEvo is sourced from publicly available UK government websites, primarily gov.uk/uk-family-visa. We provide plain English summaries alongside links to the official source.
Government rules and requirements change. While we endeavour to keep information current, we cannot guarantee that all information is up to date at all times. Always verify with the official gov.uk source.
Key official resources:
- gov.uk/uk-family-visa — main visa information
- gov.uk/uk-family-visa/proof-income — financial requirements
- gov.uk/uk-family-visa/documents-you-must-provide — document requirements
- gov.uk/find-an-immigration-adviser — find a regulated immigration adviser
4. Your Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for:
- All decisions regarding your immigration application
- Verifying all information against official gov.uk sources before relying on it
- The accuracy, completeness, and truthfulness of your application
- Deciding whether professional immigration advice is appropriate for your situation
5. Seek Professional Advice
If you have a complex immigration situation, previous visa refusals, or are unsure about any aspect of your application, you may wish to consult a regulated immigration adviser or solicitor.
In the UK, immigration advice and services can only lawfully be provided by persons registered with the OISC or by qualified solicitors, barristers, or chartered legal executives.
You can find a regulated immigration adviser at gov.uk/find-an-immigration-adviser.
6. AI Information Tool
VisaEvo includes an AI-powered information search tool. This tool presents information from gov.uk sources in response to user questions. It does not provide immigration advice, assess eligibility, or make recommendations about individual cases.
AI-generated responses may contain errors. Always verify information against official gov.uk sources and consult a regulated adviser for advice on your specific circumstances.
7. No Guaranteed Outcomes
VisaEvo does not and cannot guarantee any particular outcome for your visa application. Visa decisions are made solely by the Home Office based on individual circumstances.
Our software tools are designed to help you organise your application. Using our software does not increase or decrease your chances of a successful application. Application outcomes depend entirely on your individual circumstances and the Home Office decision-making process.
